Aditi holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce , Pune and a post-graduate degree in the Industrial Mathematics with Computer Applications from Fergusson College, Pune.
Aditi worked as a Software Engineer with Mahindra British Telecom (Now Tech Mahindra) and as a Senior Software Engineer with Persistent Systems Ltd. She worked as a Software Consultant for 3 years for a NGO helping them develop manual tools into software.

The Post Graduate Diploma with Ecological Society was the turning point. The things that had not bothered her before, like the state of Mula, Mutha rivers in Pune City and burning of dry leaves, now did.


Ideas that Solve Problems, Making this World a Better Place

Aditi is a Founder- Director of Jeevitnadi – Living River Foundation, a Section 8 company founded in 2014, working for river revival through people participation in Pune City.
Aditi created a forum named Brown Leaf with the goal that not a single dry leaf should be burnt in India.


Aditi leads the project Mission City Chakra at the Centre for Sustainable Development at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics
